The question of whether a creator can change the utility of an NFT after it has been minted according
to Polish law is uncertain and would depend on the specific terms and conditions of the NFT.

In general, under Polish law, a contract between a creator and an NFT purchaser is binding, and the
parties are obligated to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the contract. If the contract includes the
utility of the NFT as part of the purchase, the creator would be obligated to follow the utility as
outlined in the contract.

If the contract doesn’t include information about the utility of the NFT or it’s not specified, the creator could be free to change the utility and it is possible that there wouldn’t be any legal remedies for the NFT holder.
