If a DAO is involved in activities that are subject to regulation under Polish law, it may be required to register with a regulatory body or obtain a business license. For instance, if a DAO operates as a financial institution or deals with securities, it may need to comply with the applicable financial regulations and register with the relevant authorities, such as the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

However, since the legal status of DAOs is uncertain under Polish law, the process of registering with a regulatory body or obtaining a business license may not be well-defined. As new legislation or judicial decisions emerge that address the legal status of DAOs, the requirements for DAOs to register or obtain licenses may become clearer.
