There is no specific legal framework governing DAOs in Polish jurisdiction that would require them to disclose their contract terms or agreements to members or stakeholders. Since DAOs are a relatively new concept and not yet explicitly recognized under Polish law, their legal obligations are unclear.

However, DAOs often operate based on principles of transparency, decentralization, and community governance. As a result, many DAOs choose to voluntarily disclose contract terms, agreements, and other relevant information to their members or stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration within the organization.
