How can the creator verify from which country the buyer is minting the NFT?

can be done through third parties which are integrated in the minting process. In such cases, the
buyers mainly must identify themselves with their national ID’s or their passports. While such a
procedure is primarily used for anti-money laundering, I regard it as beneficial to the VAT world.
