Is DAO legally required to maintain transparency and accountability within the organization?

To date, there are no laws or regulations regarding the legal status of DAOs; therefore, no specific rules on transparency and accountability within the
organization are applicable other than those decided by the founders/members of a DAO and set forth within the applicable smart contract. In any case, since DAOs operate on blockchain technology, transparency and accountability within the organization should be significantly greater than in traditional entities. Indeed, all the transactions/decisions carried out
remain stored on the blockchain system and may be available for control by all members of the
organization.
