When I registered the ENS address which is similar or identical to an existing name, trademark or corporate name, can I sell it to a third party?

Effectively, you can sell and transfer the ENS domain (or rather: the respective token leading to the ENS domain). But you can be held accountable for damages by the owner of the name/trademark/company name because you monetized an asset for which you had no legitimate right to do so.
